Refund Policy

1 – Refund Policy – Xtripo provides a variety of services which include Travel Packages, Visa, Passport consultancy, etc. So we have different refund terms for different services. Please see the below terms for more details.

2 – For any type of ticket booking, the refund policy depends on the third-party website on which we book the tickets. So the customer is bound to adhere to the third party website policies. For example, for flight tickets, booking, we follow the refund policies of the individual airline companies. Same way with bus & train ticket booking.

For VISA applications, we don’t provide any refunds. VISA services are totally non-refundable.

For passport, we provide consultancy services for online Passport Application on our website. As per our refund policy, we will only provide refunds if we fail to fulfill our declared services. The refund process will only be initiated once it is confirmed from our side that the services cannot be provided for an application. There are some conditions for processing any refund as follows. 1st – any processing related issues or limitations from the Xtripo portal. In this case, we may refund the full amount to the customer. 2nd – any discrepancies in the details filled by a customer while filing of online application on our website or any other reason related to the customer. In this case, Xtripo reserves all the rights to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. This is decided on a case by case basis. We may deduct a refund processing charge of Rs. 750 in addition to the government charges incurred for processing that application. The appointment date is booked according to the dates available with the regional passport office. So the customer will get multiple options from which they can choose the best convenient date for them. The refund is not possible in case of the application being filed.

3 – Disclaimer – We are not liable for any wrong information provided by the customer while applying on our website. Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any refunds. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the refunds or not depending on the merit of the case.

5 – Force Majeure – Xtripo shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for the following.

Any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, pandemic, the act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

6 – Cancellation of Services – Please be informed that any type of services once booked with us cannot be canceled.
